Shipping, Delivery & Returns Policy:
Processing Times:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Processing excludes weekends and public holidays.
You’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order is on the way.
Shipping: Standard rate R100 across South Africa
Delivery: 3 –7 business days ( Johannesburg, Capetown and Durban ) all other cities 5 - 10 business days
Returns & Exchanges:
Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
Items must be:
In original packaging
Unused and undamaged
Refunds:
Refunds are only offered for defective or faulty products.
Refunds may take up to 7 business days to reflect into your account.
Where is My Order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email.
Track your order via the tracking number or ‘Track My Order’ link provided.
Outlying / Grey Zone Areas:
Defined as locations far from courier depots or considered difficult/dangerous to reach.
Additional courier costs may apply.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable if the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our side.
All refund requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your parcel and must include clear photos of the product and packaging.
Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, fragrances, beauty products, and accessories are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened or used.
Courier / Shipping Fees
Courier fees are non-refundable, as this service is fulfilled once the parcel has been dispatched and delivered.
In the event of a refund approved for a product, the refund amount will exclude courier/shipping costs.
If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the error was on our part.
Incorrect or Faulty Items
If you receive the wrong or faulty item, please notify us immediately.
We will arrange a replacement or refund including courier costs in such cases.
Final Sale Items
All sale, discounted, and promotional items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
