Bags sold by us are made primarily from PU (polyurethane) leather or synthetic materials, not genuine leather. As with all PU materials, normal wear and tear may occur over time.

Improper care, excessive friction, prolonged exposure to sunlight, heat, moisture, perfumes, or oils, and incorrect storage may cause peeling, cracking, discoloration, or deterioration of the material.

Customers are responsible for proper care and storage of their items. We cannot guarantee the lifespan of PU materials and will not be held liable for natural wear, peeling, or damage resulting from environmental factors or misuse

Jewelry Disclaimer:

All jewelry items are subject to natural tarnishing and wear over time, especially when exposed to moisture, perfumes, lotions, sweat, chemicals, or improper storage.
